We use an authentic New York Italian recipe. It has been used in a Brooklyn pizzeria for over 50 years. To account for the differences between the Big Apple and the Little Apple, we have worked closely with Tom Lehmann “the Dough Doctor” and the AIB International. Tom is an authority and author in the pizza industry and a Manhattan, Kansas resident. He has been an invaluable resource in our quest to bring you the best NY style slice outside of NYC.
